The Event (Production)

Event Day

Our insured, uniformed team arrives early. We capture the "Must-Have" shot list while blending into the background. For premium packages, on-site editors begin culling photos immediately.

Days 1-7 After Event

This is where the story comes together. We color grade photos, mix audio, and edit video highlights. We add your motion graphics, lower thirds, and call-to-action cards.

You receive a private, shareable digital gallery and a download link for high-res assets. We include one round of revisions on video edits to ensure perfection.

How fast can you turn around photos for social media?
We offer "Same-Day" and "Next-Morning" delivery options. For many conferences, we provide a "Highlight Batch" of 20-30 curated images during the lunch break so your social team can post in real-time.
Do you travel for events?
Yes. We are based in Los Angeles but frequently travel to New York, Las Vegas, and Chicago. We handle our own travel logistics so you don't have to worry about booking our flights.
Are you insured?
Absolutely. We carry a $2M General Liability policy and can provide a COI (Certificate of Insurance) adding your venue as an additional insured within 24 hours of booking.
Can you handle audio for the video?
Yes. We don't rely on "camera audio." We plug directly into the venue's soundboard to get crystal clear feeds of your speakers, and use backup shotgun microphones for ambient crowd noise.
